What you can expect on top of your monthly or annual subscription.
PAYG Usage Fees
We pass on all PAYG usage fees enforced by GoHighLevel on to our users. These include:
🤳 Phone System (there is a monthly fee for each phone number you rent via ThriveHub)
- Making Calls – $0.0147 / min ($10 gets you about 680 calls)
- Receiving Calls – $ 0.0089 / min ($10 gets you about 1125 calls)
- Outbound Text Messages – $ 0.0463 / SMS segment ($10 gets you about 215 segments)
- Inbound Text Messages – $ 0.0075 / SMS segment ($10 gets you about 1,333 segments)
🔫 Premium Triggers and Actions inside Automations (certain workflow triggers/actions incur usage fees – these are highlighted with a golden crown icon)
- $0.0105 / workflow trigger or action ($10 gets you about 950 workflow triggers or actions)
📬 Email Delivery (SMTP) – Or use/bring your own email provider instead
- Approx. $0.71 per 1,000 emails sent via our SMTP service
Note: Due to changes in January 2024, email marketing campaigns via Google, Outlook/Office365, Yahoo and other providers has become extremely limited. Plus, you can cause irreversibly damage to your email address and/or domain reputation if you try to send mass marketing campaigns via these email providers. Our SMTP service offers you a favourable rate per email, and enables you to run successful email campaigns to huge lists of contacts without worrying about reputation.

Maximise your online visibility with powerful SEO tools from $99 per month. This is an exciting new feature and partnership with Search Atlas. Costs are passed on to you at our discounted partner rate!
🦾 Workflow Pro Plan
Unlocks 10,000 premium triggers or actions (those marked with a crown icon in “Automations”) for just $19.95 per month. This equates to a cost of just $0.001997 per trigger or action. It essentially fixes your automation costs if you were to ever need it.
📱 Branded Client Portal App
For $59 you can rebrand the iOS or Android mobile app that clients install to log into your client portal whilst on-the-go.
Note: The default client portal (on a desktop or laptop device) is already 100% white-label friendly and does not require further investment – this is just if you wish to rebrand the mobile app for iOS or Android.
📰 Company Listings
You can subscribe to Listings via ThriveHub for $39.95 per month. No minimum term or commitment required. We often tell people to subscribe for one or two months, get all your listings synced and then unsubscribe.
💬 WhatsApp Location
$15 per month. Receiving Inbound messages and replying to them using a free text in the conversation window are free. There will be additional pass through charges for outbound template messages if sent.
