Free edits: each free edit covers up to 1 hour of work. A change that takes longer uses more than one edit, or we'll quote for it before we start. Unused edits don't roll over, so edit time can't be saved up and used in a later month.
Care pricing: after the initial 12 months your plan moves to hosting, security, backups, maintenance and your included edits, without the build cost. Prices start from £95 per month.
Speed optimisation: on Pro and Elite we keep tuning your site's performance throughout your plan. Load times also depend on things outside our control, such as the content and third-party tools you add and your visitors' devices and connections, so we don't guarantee specific speed scores, rankings or results.

Is there a setup fee?
It depends on the service. CRM Lite has no setup fee, CRM Pro is £497 and CRM Elite is £697, one time. Digital marketing plans have a £200 setup fee. Every CRM plan includes free onboarding.
How long are the terms?
Website design has a 12-month minimum term. Search marketing has a 6-month initial term, and digital marketing has a 3-month initial term.
How are CRM usage fees billed?
Usage fees for SMS, email, AI and phone numbers are billed by HighLevel in USD at cost. Your subscription is billed in GBP.
Can I add more CRM users?
Yes. Extra user licences are £15 per user per month, up to 3 on Lite and 5 on Pro.
Is ad spend included in digital marketing?
No. Ad spend is paid directly to the platform, so you stay in control of it.
What if I need work beyond my included hours?
We’ll always quote it first, so there are no surprises.
