After gathering valuable feedback and suggestions, this feature is now out of Labs and available for all users across their sub-accounts, making it easier than ever to manage and engage with your audience.

  • Automation: Save time and improve customer engagement with customised workflows that automate responses and actions across all your Facebook pages.

  • Reputation Management: Keep your brand’s reputation intact by managing reviews and crafting responses across multiple Facebook pages from a single interface.

  • Mobile App Support: Our mobile app now fully supports conversations across multiple Facebook pages, allowing you to stay connected on the go.

  • Conversation AI: Leverage our Conversation AI to automatically respond to messages on multiple Facebook pages, ensuring prompt engagement with your audience.

  • Troubleshooting & Error Alerts: We’ve added an alert system for permission issues and a basic troubleshooting option, making it easier to resolve any concerns quickly.

To access conversations across multiple pages on your mobile device, please ensure you have updated to the latest version of our app: v3.92.1.

This update has been one of the most requested integrations on Canny, garnering over 800 votes from our user community. With this feature, customers can effectively manage multiple outlets, making it ideal for small and medium-sized businesses as well as influencers overseeing various fan pages.

Bug Fixes

We’ve also resolved a couple of pesky issues, including the clickability of the three-dot menu for some sub-accounts, ensuring a smoother user experience.
